Spanx moto leggings with baggy denim for easy outfitting.
Athleisure is queen, long live athleisure– for me, at least. I keep going back to this trend (now arguably part of the permanent style vernacular) because it is comfy and cool. This round is all about a super oversized jean jacket with a pair of Spanx leggings– the Spanx moto leggings to be exact– and sneakers for a neutral, go-anywhere-casual outfit.
I’ve raved about the Spanx leggings before (see the original pair here and here) because while they are pricey, they are legit. They don’t bag out, they’re high-waisted, they hold you in, and they are 100% opaque (no worries about bending over in these bad boys, thanks very much). The Spanx moto leggings have all the perks of the originals with tough + modern detailing. Yes, please! Get ’em right here. (I’m a medium for size reference.)

Usually, I’d scrunch these sleeves up and really lean into the 90s vibe of this jacket, but I’ll be damned if it wasn’t too chilly for all that when we shot this look. Plus I kind of liked the, “Oh, this? Borrowed it from my boyfriend,” vibe. And I’ve clearly really been dipping into my Levi’s collection lately; there’s just something about 90s denim right now. I’m here for it!
