What does a dolman dress do? First and foremost, it gives you room to eat, drink, and be merry. No pinching or bulging. Second, it allows you to go a bit on the short side; lots of volume up top means you can go the way of the mini and get those legs out. (Y’all know that’s my go-to move.)
