Chambray, all day. A heavily embroidered JCrew denim tunic feels pretty cool with faux leather leggings + taupe suede booties. There was something about the relaxed nature of the tunic that made me reach for something tougher– we meet again, leather leggings. (I sure am wearing this trend a lot lately. Whatever.) Sure, the tunic is a bit granola and might qualify me for yoga retreat in the mountains, but I’m totally there if it’s sponsored by JCrew.
These booties are about a million years old, but I adore them. They work with so many different outfits (including my KCFW 2014 ensemble, aka the Cosby sweater set). I make sure to give the suede a good scrubbing every so often (taupe can be a nightmare) to ensure they’ll last another season.

This tunic is so pretty. It’s casual but also dressy. I can see you come summer pairing this w/white shorts or white jeans. This top fits you perfectly as well and that’s not easy with a pullover such as this. It’s all in the detailing and this top is spot on.

Actually, I love that tunic! It has a Tory Burch vibe which is very cool. And those leggings are so much fun!
