Fall may be around the corner, but it sure doesn’t feel like it here in Kansas City. Just wrapped up a 5-day heat wave, thanks very much. However, I’m slowly starting to work in a more fall-esque color palette, starting with these berry-colored JCrew cords.
Love this bold ‘n bright statement necklace from BaubleBar, especially over a simple gray tee. It’s a scarab, people– if I can wear a bug around my neck and make it glam, you better believe I’ll give it a go. Leopard accessories are a prominent fall trend, and these calf-hair pumps are comfy enough to wear 9-5 at the office and then out for dinner + drinks.
Hope everyone has a brilliant weekend; I’m off to Iowa for another wedding. No speeches from this time– I’m strictly a guest. (So pass the champagne.)
