Easy fall layers with a pretty pumpkin camisole.
Pumpkin everything, including camisoles. The weather has been so nice in KC lately– we’re actually getting a fall this year, guys, and I’m jacked about it. All I needed on this pretty fall day was a light layer, so this blue pom kimono did the trick. The high-waisted Madewell jeans I’ve been wearing constantly are back, this time with a cute nude fall bootie.
I love the way this cool nude bootie (similar here and here) worked with the light taupe base in the kimono, and how pretty is this pumpkin camisole? It will be such a fall + winter go-to, layering with leather jackets, blazers, and peeking out from under slouchy sweaters. My exact version is sold out, but this one from VICI is the same vibe.
Shop the look:
I often think of pom-trimmed pieces like this kimono as summery pieces, but I think the taupe and deep blue combo makes this appropriate for warmer fall days. I also think it would look cute on top of a long-sleeved bodysuit with a statement belt and tall boots.
Hope everyone has a happy weekend ahead! I cannot believe we’re into the second weekend of November– Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away!
