A striped tee and a pair of skinny trousers in classic khaki is a go-to office outfit for me. Best for mornings when I’m not feeling particularly daring (or awake, let’s get real), so I grab something foolproof.
You can’t go wrong with cobalt blue stripes, and this Zara tee gets a lot of play in my wardrobe. Leather ballet flats in that same shade of bright blue give a nod to the matchy-matchy, broken up by skinny trousers from The Limited’s Exact Stretch line. (These babies stay skinny all day; no bagging or drooping.) A gold tassel necklace and a leather wrap watch checked the accessories box, and a neon coral lip helped camouflage the fact that I would’ve rather been back in bed.
On my weekend to-do list: a run to my hair stylist for a color + trim and a meet-up with friends for Taste of Park Place (someone said food, beverages, and sunshine and I was absolutely IN). Have a great weekend, everyone!

A striped tee is always my go to as well. I love the pop of vibrant colour your lipstick adds.
