Beige Linen Dress + Woven Sandals.

Back to neutrals in a beige linen dress and woven sandals.

After some bright looks, I’m back to a super neutral color palette. There’s just something really chic about an all-beige outfit, am I right? On paper, it sounds boring. But going full-beige monochrome can be really sophisticated. I’m demonstrating that here in a beige linen dress and matching woven sandals.

As has been my accessorizing go-to lately, I’ve layered on a few gold necklaces and those lightweight Amazon hoops (that you can score for under $13). I use the Necklet to keep my necklaces evenly spaced and tangle-free, by the way. It makes it easy to swap out necklaces when you want to switch up the vibe, too.

I love a dress like this because it’s lightweight– a totally necessary feature for humid summery days. It’s also a good piece for the office because it’s not too short or low-cut. You could throw a blazer over the top for added coverage or a little buffer from an overactive air conditioner.

I’m also digging this shoe trend– isn’t the woven (or braided) faux leather chic? So polished. They look expensive, even though they aren’t. I paid about $20 for the Missguided pair in this post and I have a few others from Shein that are all under $15. They don’t feel like fast fashion sandals, honestly. They aren’t real leather– but who needs real leather? I’m excited to wear them with slouchy jeans and simple t-shirts as well as maxi dresses later this summer.

  1. I think I need The Necklet – mine are always getting tangled (also my hair always ends up getting pulled out haha which I’m sure you can relate to)

    1. My hair totally gets tangled in most necklaces, too! Super annoying. The Necklet minimizes this, for sure. And I like how easy it is to take on and off!

  2. You can’t go wrong with a monochromatic look and you styled this beige linen dress so beautifully. I am loving the braided sandals trend lately and they are definitely a stunner. Happy belated 4th and I hope you are having a great week so far!

  3. You’re right: it is a sophisticated look. And comfy, which is important in Summer. The sandals and jewelry work perfectly. This is the kind of seemingly-effortless outfit that we come here to admire!

    1. Comfort is so key in extreme weather- I’ll suffer for fashion every now and again, but for the most part, my style needs to be wearable and practical for the weather!

  4. This is such a pretty look! I’m obsessed with those neutrals and gorge gold hoops – as of they were only $13! You look fab.
