A bright printed kimono over easy basics.

KC is experiencing some warmer-than-normal February weather and you won’t hear this girl complaining. It gives me a chance to give the coat collection a break and tuck into a bright printed kimono instead. I used basics (a black tank + skinny jeans) as outfit bones to give the extras a chance to shine: a pair of Kendra Scott statement earrings, a pendant necklace, and those killer rugged Steve Madden over-the-knee boots (last seen here).

  4. I never was really sure about a kimono, they all look a bit to Asian for me, although this one has great colors. And combined with the beautiful boots, I actually like it!

    1. It’s a color combo I hadn’t put together before- then this kimono came into my life and I was like, “Oh, duh- that’s pretty.” 😉

  48. I wish the weather was getting a little warmer here in the UK but I’m still in thick jumpers, coats, scarves and gloves! I can’t wait to be able to wear things like this when it gets a little warmer though and I love the print on this kimono 🙂 x
