Shades of Green.

Olive green is becoming a neutral for me. I no longer worry about pairing it with the safe sure-thing colors like brown and beige, but I wear it just as I would denim or khaki.

Skinny trousers in the aforementioned olive green serve as the base here, with a floaty hunter green top layered under a blazer. Gunmetal gray studded slipper flats are easy 9-5 shoes with some sass, and a sparkly statement necklace dresses it all up a bit.

It’s like I’m willing spring out of hibernation by wearing green-on-green, no? Fingers crossed it works. I’m bored of winter (especially after all the the snow we’ve had recently). Ready for chiffon, bright florals, and lots of warm sunshine!

  1. I’m hoping your green on green entices spring to stick around! Love the idea of using these shades as neutrals, great outfit.
