Put Your (Combat) Boots On.

Military is a trend I’m still loving, and this year I’m proud to say I’ve added a combat boot to my arsenal. (Am I ready for basic training yet? I can do a fair amount of push-ups, just saying.)

I broke in the boots for an easy Sunday afternoon with the fam with simple black leggings, an over-sized chambray shirt, and some statement jewelry. A colorful fringe necklace and a bright lip lended a little glam to the tough combat boots.

Don’t be afraid of a combat boot– you don’t have to go full-stop Tough Girl in order to wear them. Wear them just like you would an ankle bootie; dress ’em up or down. Happy outfitting!

  1. I don’t have combat boots, but I have some motorcycle inspired ones I love! I like how you added the pop of color with your tank top and that necklace is amazing!

  2. Great boots! Definitely a very versatile staple for a wardrobe. Love the necklace as well. It adds so much personality to the outfit!

  3. Phenomenal. This light-colored Chambray always looks perfect on you. I love how you add some glam & girly to your more edgy, rocker outfits. And at 16 I had my first pair of Combat Boots. =)

P.S. I guess I never really noticed you post on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Just saying lol.
