4th of July Outfit Idea: Navy Striped Dress. | Ashley from LSR

Navy Striped Dress for the 4th of July.

This navy striped dress as an outfit idea for your 4th of July plans.

Do you have your 4th of July outfit planned? I threw this look together with the 4th in mind: a swingy navy striped dress, orange-red pumps, and some statement jewelry. It’s a bit left-of-center when it comes to your typical flag-themed 4th of July outfits– the navy dress and almost-orange pumps aren’t the usual royal blue and cherry red, but they work together for a cool patriotic look.

The statement pieces are really the necklace + earrings; they give that navy striped dress some oomph. My necklace is old + from J.Crew, but you can find similar versions with just as much style punch here and here. Get my exact earrings here (for $13!) from the SugarFix by BaubleBar collection at Target.

Pumps dressed up this navy number, but you could wear it casually, too. I’m thinking white canvas sneakers with this striped dress next for a go-anywhere summer look– which would also be perfect for more low-key 4th of July celebrations.

Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!

  3. That’s such a cute swing dress! I’m looking forward to adding more cute striped dresses like this to my wardrobe when spring arrives here, it’s a bit cold at the moment as we are in the middle of winter. I love the red heels and statement necklace for a bit of colour too 🙂

Hope you are having a wonderful start to the weekend!
