I was all about black and white last week (exhibit a and b), but today is about color. Bright, bold color in the form of an amazing floral dress. The girls at Pumps and Push Ups launched their boutique a few months ago, and asked me to wear one of the pieces from their collection. I was game; the Darling Dress was just the number I was searching for to ring in spring (officially now that we’re post-March 20th).
This flouncy dress has some serious cheer. It’s fun and girly; a big + bold floral. So why not make it just a bit tougher? Easiest way: a leather biker jacket. (Y’all if you don’t have one, get one. Whether it’s faux or real; so many ways to wear it.)
The dress came with a cute neon belt– which will be stellar come summer– but I swapped it out for a shiny metal rose gold version for this look. Added a few pieces of rose gold jewelry to compliment the belt + a pair of lace-up nude gladiators I’ve been itching to break in, and this girl is ready for that springtime patio life.
