When the temperatures consistently start breaking 75 degrees, I declare it Romper Season. I wear them with just about everything: pumps and statement jewelry, a jean jacket and Birks, and layered here with a floral + fringe kimono. This black Billabong romper is really versatile; it works both outfitted and as an easy beach cover-up. I wore it with my trusty Madewell Billie boots (on their third season; get this year’s version) and a gold metal belt (last seen here with a pretty floral dress) wrapped around the waist.

This is a cool idea to be dressed like that allows you to be casual, comfy yet classy if you wear it with heels or a little bit sporty, but still in style, with boots.
