Beetlejuice Striped Pants.

Bold striped pants with some serious windblown hair.

Spring in KC means bright green everything, all the flowers, and wind. The title of this post was almost: Yes, I’m a Blonde Windblown Beast. But blustery breezes aside, there’s not much that can distract from these loud + bold striped pants. (Reminiscent of Beetlejuice, no?) They were a Forever21 score I couldn’t resist. I kept the rest of this look simple: a floaty black tank, sassy mid-heel sock boots, and a few layered chokers. The result is super 90s, right? A theme this week, for sure.

I can see pairing these pants with all-white everything else, or perhaps a bright cobalt blue for a bit of a remix. I feel like these striped pants will be the focal point of any outfit you wear ’em with, and that’s totally the point of eye-catching pieces like these. They are the outfit, not just part of an outfit.

  2. I love stripey pants too, they look so good! Chokers are really cool too, I love how they look but they always make me feel like I’m being strangled.

  3. These trousers look fab on you and I love the idea of including a hint of cobalt blue for a pop of colour, I think that would look great! x

  4. These pants are amazing! They look perfect with this Barcelona cami. It is so difficult taking blog photos this time of year because of the wind… Thanks for linking up and have a fab weekend!

  5. Yes! So very Beetlejuice, but in the best way. I love how you kept everything else nice and simple and let the fun pants stand out.
